Cindy has worked on projects in cities nationally including Los Angeles, Oakland, Chicago, Charlotte, and Miami. As a Vice President for several large development and investment firms, Cindy evaluated multi-million-dollar assets being considered for acquisition, developed business plans to purchase real estate assets, rebranded properties, and managed the operation of mixed-used retail centers. She has an innate talent for acquiring, improving, and reselling large projects.

Her career in commercial real estate investing evolved into a passion for improving residential properties for livability and investment. Since 2010, Cindy has renovated properties in Los Angeles and Denver.

Involved in all aspects of renovation, Cindy collaborates with architects and contractors, oversees construction, selects and coordinates finishes, furniture, lighting packages, new appliances, and kitchen and bath hardware packages. Additionally, she partners with experts to design landscapes and select plantings, ensuring environmental requirements and capability are captured. From concept to creation, Cindy’s renovations are well-planned and beautiful.

Her innate aptitude for spatial thinking and visual memory elevates her ability to envision and complete real estate renovations.
